Luxury Jet Air Flight, the true beginning of Jet-powered Flight September 5, 2008

Jet engines derive their thrust from the reaction to the discharge of hot gases. The jet engine uses a very simple three-stage process to develop its power (or thrust as it is known). It “sucks, burns and blows”!

During the first (”suck”) stage, the jet engine uses very powerful compressor fans to suck great volumes of air into the jet engine casing and compress it to a high pressure. Jet fuel is then mixed with this high- pressure air in a combustion chamber and it is ignited to burn at a very high temperature (the “burn” stage). This very hot gas expands rapidly and is forced out of the rear of the engine producing the force that pushes the aircraft forwards.

In modern jet engines a large percentage of the energy of the hot gases is used to turn a large propeller-like fan at the front of the engine. This fan, in turn, produces the thrust that moves the aircraft forwards. In these engines, up to 80% of the thrust of the engine is provided by this large fan.

Travel GuidebookDuring takeoff a jet engine tends to make quite a noise when it reaches full power. Soon after takeoff, the pilots will reduce the power of the engines and the noise will reduce substantially. After landing you might be alarmed to hear the engines at full power again. This happens because the engines are used in “reverse thrust” mode to help the pilots stop the plane.

While a jet engine may not be nearly as efficient as a small internal combustion engine, it is capable of producing enormous thrust and operating efficiently under almost any conditions. A tourist was watching a man fishing from the pier in San Francisco. After throwing two big ones back into the sea he kept a small fish. “Why do you throw the big ones back and keep the small one?” the tourist asked. The fisherman replied, “Small frying pan.”

A tour guide was running late, they had been half an hour late at Hampton Court, they were late at the Tower of London. Mrs Mustard, a stickler for punctuality, was complaining all the time. The group arrived at Runnymede and the guide said. “At this very spot the historic Magna Carta was signed.” A woman asked, “When?”, the guide said “1215.” “I knew it, I knew it,” said Mrs Mustard, “we missed it by fifteen minutes.”

We never have been late on any our schedules, we are so proud to tell our friends, we had all our transportations with Newark Airport Transportation. We enjoyed our journey and stay. It is fantastic to have a fast and convenient transport all the way around. From my hotel to airport, only a phone call, next minute, it is waiting just outside my hotel. I like taking fast van in the city, because it is better than my own driver. It is safe, super fast, and super convenient. Don’t worry about the luggage, they take care of everything.

“Last year we took a trip around the world. This year were going someplace else”. Most vacations are disguised shopping trips.
